Pregnant or just had your baby? Maybe you had a baby ten years ago and
just want to get fit? Well these exercise classes are for you! Each
class is tailored to suit your needs. Pregnant mums are given new
exercises relating to each different stage of pregnancy, including
strength, endurance and pilates stretching. Mums who just had their
babies can join classes that offer gentle reintroduction to exercise and
toning, and for the ladies with older babies or children, Colleen
offers an array of classes from Boot Camp style to Pilates Stretchband
to Baby and Me classes. And the best part is that it's all in English
and babysitting is free! So come on down to Parents Place in Neihu in
